This community is where all of the sessions are going to be taking place, so you'll definitely want to join!

Not receiving our emails?

The best way to ensure you'll get all emails from us is to add our hello@thinkmedia.com email to your "Safe Senders" list or your contact list. You can learn to do this for your specific email platform by Googling your email program.

You may find us in your Spam tab or your "Promotions" tab. Make sure to mark us as "not spam" or as a "safe sender"

Here are the steps in troubleshooting email deliverability issues:

Search your Spam folder for "Sean Cannell" and "Think Media." Then mark our emails as "safe sender" or "not spam"

Have you unsubscribed from our emails in the past? If so, you'll need to contact our team and ask them to re-subscribe you to emails. Do so by contacting us at www.ThinkMediaSupport.com.

Similar to email, we want to be able to share with you the most important pieces of the event and what's going on, so you don't miss anything. We will text primarily when we go live, so you don't miss out on any of the training. We're only able to text those in the U.S. & Canada. You will be getting fewer text messages than you will get emails from us; we are selective with our texting, so we don't spam you.

That's okay! Just come for as much of the event as you're able to. And if you miss any of the live trainings, replays of the event will be available for a limited time. We will even offer replays for a limited time once the event ends for you to catch up and binge-watch our trainings! You'll see more details on this after you sign up for the event.
