COMMUNITY FAQS
Is it ok for me to ask another YouTuber to subscribe to my channel?
Sub4Sub and self-promotion are strictly prohibited inside of the group. This includes inside of comments on any post thread. Sub4Sub may grow your channel's subscribers, but, often leads to subscribers who are not active on your channel. This can hurt your analytics and your rank in search and suggested in the long run.
Please feel free to subscribe to channels that you are genuinely interested in learning more from, but please do not ask for subs back.
Will The Community Still Be Open After The Event Is Over?
The community will be available for a limited time after the event is over, but we will not be hosting daily live sessions after it ends. The replays for the trainings will not be available in the private community after Wednesday, November 12th, at 9 AM PT.
Where can I find the live streams inside the private community?
At the start of each session, you can go to the "Event Content" space and look for the video to be pinned near the top of your page. If you don't see this right away, refresh your window until it appears. It will also be pinned to the sidebar of the space with the title of the session.
The video will have a red LIVE text box on it while we are live, so you can make sure you're on the right one.
You can also check your emails for a link to the stream that we will send once we are live.
Do I Have to RSVP as "Going" to Each Live Session?
You are not required to RSVP to each LIVE event. However, if you want to know exactly when the LIVE starts, RSVPing will allow you to get notifications and even allow you to add the session directly to your calendar so you don't miss a thing.
What are the posting guidelines for the daily challenges and where can they be found?
You'll find the daily challenge posts inside of the "Daily Challenges" space of the private community.
We recommend that you only comment on a post once and if you have anything to add, you can edit or reply to your existing comment. This makes it easier for us to answer your questions and ensure we get to as many people as possible.
Can I ask questions inside the private community?
You'll be able to ask questions on specific posts within the community. However, you won't be able to create your own post in the group. This is because we want to keep the feed organized so others can easily find the live sessions and replays.
If you join VIP, then there will be a dedicated space for you to ask your YouTube questions and someone from our team will be able to help you.

What if I don't join the private community?
The YouTube Jumpstart event is a highly interactive training, and to maximize your experience, you'll need to join the private community. That is where we have a whole space for interacting with other members, entering into the daily challenges for giveaways, and more.
It's completely free to join the private community. You'll just need to create an account to log in and fully enjoy the event.

How are VIP and the starter kit different?

Can I still join VIP?
Yes! You will no longer be able to get VIP for the discounted offer of $97. You can still sign up throughout the event but at a higher price.

Is this event free?
YES! Our YouTube Jumpstart is entirely free to sign up for and participate in. We do have options for additional purchases, but anyone who needs help starting or growing their channel right now is welcome to join the event for free.
Where can I find any links or downloads that the Think Media team has mentioned during the live streams?
We'll be adding links and resources to the descriptions of each live training session (which will remain on the replay video). Also, look out for emails with specific links and updates at the end of each day.

How do I know when live streams, training sessions, and giveaways are happening?
You can find a complete list of all events in the "Events Schedule" space of the private community. We recommend RSVPing "Going" for each session so you can get notification reminders and add each session to your calendar so you don't miss a thing.
Will all my questions be answered?
We are working very hard to answer as many questions as we can. VIP gets front of the line to get your questions answered but we still cannot guarantee we will answer every single question.
When will replays be available until?
Replays will be available in the private community for everyone until Wednesday, November 12th, at 9 AM PT.
How do I know when things are happening in my time zone?
The sessions can be found in the private community under the "Event Schedule." The events listed will automatically convert to your local time zone.
But if you still want to double-check, the fastest way to figure out your local time is to Google "10 AM PT to (insert your local time zone)"
ie. 10 AM PT to ET.

Who is eligible to enter the giveaway?
All giveaways are only available to residents of the United States. If you are not a United States resident and we select you as a winner, we will replace your prize with a digital alternative prize of greater value. Some prizes are available to non-US residents.
If I win a giveaway, when can I expect to receive the prize?
You just need to be active in the comments of the live video in order to be potentially selected! Once we select the winner, we will say their name on the stream and you MUST contact us at ThinkMediaSupport.com to claim your prize.
How do I enter the giveaway?
We do our best to get you your prizes as soon as possible! Giveaways will be processed the week of November 10th. Products may be sent directly by the brands if you are in the United States, so we cannot give you a specific delivery date ahead of time. International winners will be granted a digital prize of equal or greater value within a short period after contacting us.
